Enrolment and payment
How do I enrol for a course?
Online through the course page, or at the reception desk of one of our campuses. Your enrolment is final once your payment has arrived.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes, for courses from 500 euros you can pay in three or ten monthly instalments, at no extra cost.
Which subsidies are available?
Employees can use training vouchers and Flemish training leave. Entrepreneurs can use the SME wallet until the end of 2026. Each course lists which support applies.
Can I cancel my enrolment?
Up to fourteen days before the start you get a full refund. After that we keep 25 percent.
During your course
What if I miss a lesson?
Let your teacher know. Course materials are online, and for practical lessons you can often schedule a catch-up session.
Can I combine my course with a job?
That is what most courses are designed for: evening and Saturday classes, partly online.
Is there parking on campus?
Every campus has free parking for students and a covered bicycle shed.
Can I get support if I am struggling?
Yes. Our study coaches help you plan, and for learning difficulties we look at which adjustments are possible together.
